Meet Abby
Registered, Licensed Dietitian Nutritionist
Welcome! My name is Abby Olson. Mom of four, wife to Dan, outdoor enthusiast, Minnesota native, and lifelong learner of everything health related!

Behind all of the education and certifications below is
my personal journey to find a balanced and connected relationship with food. This sparked my passion for integrating nutrition, behavioral health, gut health, and root cause analysis. Through my experience, I’ve come to understand how vital balanced nutrition is for everyday life, including maintaining a healthy gut, managing mood and energy levels, and simply enjoying food.

Healing often requires exploring beyond conventional methods, which is where functional and integrative nutrition comes in. Due to my own health challenges, I was compelled to seek a new approach to healing. What I’ve learned through nutrition has made me passionate about helping others who face struggles like disordered eating, inflammation, and gut dysfunction. I’m dedicated to sharing my knowledge and experiences, and I continue to learn so that others may heal and rediscover balance in their lives.

Help with....
It Starts with the Gut
My whole body approach starts with the all-powerful gut. Any goals can be aided by looking to, and healing the gut. With specialized testing, my advanced gut-related training, and a thorough inventory of gut health is the foundation to so many of my clients' success.
Fatigue and Stress
Wake up feeling tired? Constantly needing an afternoon pick-me-up? Little energy to do what you want with the kids? Reliant on caffeine, energy drinks, or sugar to keep you going? I can help.
Detoxification
Gently detoxing your body is an important step so your body can more readily accept the positive changes you will be making.
Autoimmune Diseases
Chronic and autoimmune diseases can be exhausting in every area of life. Prioritizing a healthy relationship with food can make all the difference in managing these symptoms!
Weight Loss
Healthy, sustainable weight loss is a popular goal among clients. I so enjoy seeing my clients succeed in this area by addressing root causes of weight gain!
Eating disorders and disordered eating
When dealing with eating disorders and disordered eating I take a very patient approach to understanding the social, emotional, physical, and spiritual aspects that are behind the symptoms.
